FCCLA Blanket Buddies Project

For a chapter service project this year, the FCCLA group decided to make fleece lap blankets to donate to area nursing homes. Friday of FCCLA Week, FCCLA members and students participated in a “Giving Back” Day during their FCS class. Students made a total of 20 blankets, and some were recently delivered! We want to thank all those who helped in creating the blankets, and those who helped sponsor the blankets: Allison’s Custom Jewelry, Schafer Oil, Meyer’s Garage, Michael’s Mowers, and Dairy King and Motel! We hope we can gather more donations to make more blankets this school year!
