Each year the Free Application for Federal Student Aid becomes available the first day of October.
All college-bound students and their parents must submit FAFSA in order to qualify for scholarships, grants, and student loans.

Wednesday December 6
Sophomores will spend half the day at UVCC, touring the two programs they chose on October 26.  This is an important day, as it will guide many of our students to decide to attend UVCC for their Junior and Senior years.
UVCC Open House
Thursday December 7
All Sophomores and parents are invited to attend this event.  Meet instructors, see the labs and classrooms, and get oriented with the building.  Attendees will be the first ones who can apply to UVCC for 2018-2019.
Mandatory College Credit Plus Meeting
Monday January 22, 2018
6:30 PM in HHS Commons
Students planning to take college courses at Edison State or at HHS through Urbana University during the 2018-19 school year are required to attend this meeting, along with a parent.
Students grade 6-11 are invited to attend.

Pioneer Electrical Cooperative Scholarships
Deadline January 26, 2018
This scholarship application is open to seniors who qualify with botha 3.8 GPA or higher and a miniumum ACT score of 25.
Student must reside in a home that uses Pioneer as their electrical provider.
