Fall Sports Awards Program

Houston High School held the Fall Sports Awards Program on Thursday, October 29th. Golf award winners were Ethan Lukey with the Low Stroke Average, Cody Selanders received the Most Improved Award and Collin Walker was the Wildcat Award Winner. Volleyball award winners were Catryn Mohler with the Best Offensive Player Award, Megan Maier with the Best Defensive Player Award and Mariah Booher with the Wildcat Award. Cross country award winners for the boys team were Hunter Mowery as the Top Runner, Wes Vondenhuevel as Most Improved, and Cole Crim with the Wildcat Award. Cross country award winners for the girls team were Alicia Crawford as the Top Runner, Faith McKee as the Most Improved, and Ava Knouff with the Wildcat Award. Several athletes were also recognized for earning All League honors. Receiving 2nd Team SCAL were cross country runner Hunter Mowery, and volleyball player Megan Maier. Receiving Honorable Mention honors were golfers Collin Walker and Ethan Lukey. Congratulations to all fall athletes!
