Final Forms Student Enrollment

Hardin-Houston Local School District will be discontinuing the use of OneView as our online enrollment system and begin using Final Forms at the start of the 2022-23 school year. Starting on April 1st, 2022, all NEW student registrations will need to be completed using Final Forms. OneView will continue to be used to update student EMA documents and contact information.

Open enrolled students who are currently attending Hardin-Houston should use Final Forms to fill out a new enrollment form. Please indicate that your student is open enrolling from a different district of residence on the Open Enrollment form. Your district of residence is the district in which the student currently resides.

For existing students, parents should access their EMA document in OneView and update their contact information to include a name, phone number, and email address in the parent/guardian #1 and, if applicable, the parent guardian #2 field. Including an email address will ensure that your Final Form accounts will be automatically created and your information will be transferred over, making the transition much easier.
