  • Edison State Community College is hosting a Manufacturing Camp for students ages 12 through 16. Construct a Battle Bot, learn about 3D printing, as well as using design software, welding, and using hand tools. If this sounds fun and interesting, please stop by the office to pick up information

  • 8th through 11th grade students: many of you who want to take CCP courses here at school next year still have not come in and signed your Edison registration. If you do not come in and register, you will not be able to earn the college credit. So, be sure to stop by and see Mrs. Merickel ASAP to do this. If you are not sure if you have registered or not, please stop by or email to ask.

  • High schoolers…another volunteering opportunity. Do Good ministries is seeking volunteers to help with a fundraiser for their upcoming expansion project. The fundraiser begins Tuesday April 30th and runs through May 10th, so it is happening quickly. You do not need to be there multiple days, you can volunteer for one day or more. If you have time in your evenings that you would be willing and able to donate, please see or email Mrs. Merickel for more information.

They need helpers to work at the Houston Food Booth at the Shelby County Fair. Please check your email and find the link that was emailed to you from Mrs. Merickel.
