- Students on Thursday, we talked about setting yourself up for success. In your lockers, you will find the personal growth goals you wrote. Let this serve as a daily reminder to continue to work toward the things within your control to meet your personal goals. In addition, you found a spoon on the outside of your locker today. If you have not already done so, please take this spoon and hang it in the back of your locker as a reminder that we are going to put our spoons away and use our feedback sandwiches when sharing difficult feedback with a fellow classmate.
