- High School students: The Spring Blood Drive is coming up next month! If you will be sixteen years or older by the drive date of March 5th, you can sign up to donate. All sign ups will be done with Mrs. Merickel, so stop by her office or email her to reserve your spot! Every donation is important and is a selfless way to help others. And, remember, if you donate three times during high school you will earn your Red Cord to wear at graduation.
- Congratulations to Malaiya Gross on placing 1st at the District Public Speaking contest last night! Malaiya will now advance to the state contest on March 7th.
- Next week is National FFA week and that means dress up days to celebrate! Monday is sleepy farmer so wear your pajamas, Tuesday is stationed by the flag-wear red, white and blue, Wednesday is student vs teachers-students dress like teachers and teachers dress like students, Thursday is John Deere vs Kubota-wear green or orange and Friday is FFA Friday so show your spirit by wearing FFA gear or blue and gold!
- As part of National FFA Week, the FFA is hosting a free community breakfast on Saturday, February 28th from 9:00 -11:00 AM in the commons. Bring your family and enjoy a homemade breakfast prepared by FFA members!

- On Thursday we will operate on a modified schedule. All students will report to the commons at 8:00 AM. At that time we will view our 2nd prevention video. Your Wildcat Time teacher will take attendance in the commons. Following the prevention video your teachers have planned some success related activities for you. We will also have a 1 hour early dismissal for parent/teacher conferences. Your teachers will review the schedule with you.

- Congratulations to the 7th and 8th-grade Power of the Pen teams for their excellent performance Saturday at the District Competition at Tiffin. The 7th-grade team earned 4th place overall, with Callie Crump finishing 10th place. 8th graders, Willow Smith placed 11th, and Paisley McDermit placed 10th. Good job, writers!
- Congratulations to the following FCCLA students who competed at regional competition Saturday. Vera Kelly received silver in Job Interview. Claire Holscher, Bella Matos, and Lilly Niswonger received silver in Professional Presentation. Rylinn Bruner, Chole Cantril, and Leigha Larger received Gold in Sports Nutrition. Kayson Hines and Teagan Rauch received gold in Entrepreneurship.
