FFA Food Science Team places second at state
Houston FFA members Dominic Beaver, Hannah Hollinger, Lena Stangel, and Drew Walker competed in the state food science contest at Ohio State University on Saturday December 1st where they were required to complete several food science practicums and conduct a product development analysis. The team received state runner ups with Hannah placing 4th in the state, Dominic 13th, Lena 22nd and Drew 23rd. Their performance qualifies the chapter to compete in the Big E national contest next fall. Congratulations!
