Superintendent Message Week 8
With a week and a half left in this school year I would like to take this opportunity to update you on a couple end of year events that will be occurring. Senior and senior parents, Mr. Judy will be communicating the graduation ceremony plans with you in the next day or so. Due to the state guidelines and restrictions in place we are not permitted to conduct our graduation ceremony in our normal format. This year’s graduation will not be open to the public, keeping in mind there will be a limited number of guests per graduate and other specific protocols for the graduate’s family to follow during our modified graduation ceremony. The district plans on placing the recorded graduation ceremony on the school website by the first week of June for anyone to enjoy. The second item of interest is our scheduled end of year book and material pick-up and drop off which will occur on May 13 & 14. Please read the entire document that is located below this article. The third main announcement is to remind you that the last meal delivery will occur via school buses next Friday, May 15th.
As we journey through the last week of school and the coming months, please check our website daily to reference the latest updates regarding summer activities and school events as we hope restrictions are eased throughout the summer. The website along with OneCallNow messages will be our main communication avenues we will use for summer happenings like kindergarten screening, possible summer school, athletics, just to name a few. Students, please engage with your teachers this last week of school to make sure you have all work completed by May 15th! Go Wildcats!
