Houston XC Run Club cancelled
The Houston XC Run Club will be cancelled for September 2nd, due to the heat. To make up for the cancellation, a day will be added to the end of the schedule on Wednesday, October 7th.

Here’s a reminder of some important upcoming events.
Thursday, September 3 is School Picture Day. All students should have received a blank picture packet. Extras are available in the main office.
Friday, September 4 is our annual Safety Day Drill. Students will be dismissed two hours early after the Safety Drill is completed.
Monday, September 7 there is no school due to Labor Day. Enjoy the three day weekend!

Athletic Boosters Need Your Help!
Fall sports are officially underway, and the Athletic Boosters need parent support to keep things running strong. Our concession stand is the primary source of revenue for the Boosters, providing vital financial support to every high school program — as well as our youth leagues that feed into them.
To keep the concession stand running smoothly, we’re asking each parent to volunteer just once or twice this year. As a thank-you, volunteers receive free entrance to the game they work!
