Congratulations Mariah Congratulations to Mariah Booher on vanquishing 7 other competitors to win the Rotary Club speech competition on Monday February 24th. She will now move on to the district competition on March 29th at Wright State University, Millet Hall where she will compete for a top prize of $400.
