Sports Physicals
Wilson Health Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Associates of Southwestern Ohio are teaming up to offer sports physicals to athletes from county schools for only $20. Click here for dates, times, and location for the physicals as well as more information. Open to the Community. Pre-Participation Physical Form must be completed prior to appointment. Appointments are required – Please call to schedule an appointment. Please limit appointments to only 1 child and 1 adult. There will be no walk-ins allowed due to pandemic precautions.
