Thursday
Today starts with a White House walk. Afterwards they will visit Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, and the Marine Corps Museum. The day will finished with a visit to Mt. Vernon before enjoying a pizza buffet for dinner.
First they fueled up for the day with breakfast at the hotel.
Stop number one was at the Lincoln Memorial.
Students then visited the Vietnam Memorial Wall.
They followed that up with the Korean War Memorial.
Then it was on to the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial.
The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial was the next stop.
Then it was the Jefferson Memorial.
The Marine Corps Museum was the next stop.
They finished up the day with a visit to Mount Vernon.
